Booking & Payment Terms

​

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your show date and time.

• This deposit is non-refundable and must be paid within 14 days of reserving your date and time.

• Full payment is due 28 days before our visit.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made with 14 days’ notice or less will incur the full show fee, and this will be invoiced accordingly if not already paid.

• If the home has an outbreak of sickness and diarrhoea, Covid-19, or any similar illness and chooses to cancel the performance or is closede by Health England the full fee is payable and non refundable.

• In cases of extreme weather that prevents access to the home, the full fee is due and remains non-refundable.

• If an individual home decides that entertainers are not permitted to enter, the full fee remains non-refundable.

• The full amount is not refundable within 14 days of the performance for any reason, including illness within the home.
