All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your show date and time.

This is a non refundable deposit and is due within 14 days of reserving your date and time.

Full payment is due 28 days prior to our visit.

If your home has an outbreak of sickness and diarrhoea or Covid 19 your deposit remains non refundable.

In the case of extreme weather preventing access to the home your deposit remains non refundable.

Should individual homes make the decision that they will not allow entertainers into the home the fee is non refundable

Cancellations with 14 days notice or less incur the full show fee of £230 and will be invoiced as such. This includes cancellations caused by a Covid outbreak in the home.

Performers will happily perform in face coverings or visors at your request.
